He shares evidence from a variety of sources including archaeological, botanical, literary, and linguistics to trace the origins of wine. Luke Gorton is a faculty member at UNM who teaches courses in ancient languages and cultures. He has a bachelor’s in Spanish and religion, a master’s in linguistics and a doctorate in classics. Last trimester he was a co-presenter for the Oasis class, “Is Wokeness a Religion.”
