Description
After hospitalization or health changes, some people notice shifts in how they feel—emotionally, mentally, or in how they relate to themselves. This session offers a gentle space to reflect on those experiences and explore how illness or medical care can leave an emotional imprint. Together, we focus on awareness, shared understanding, and simple ways to reconnect with steadiness and confidence, so we feel less alone and more at ease with our own unique healing process. Limited enrollment.
Grace Martinez, RN, is a nurse, speaker, and end-of-life care volunteer who focuses on the emotional and psychological impact of illness and hospitalization. Drawing on years of bedside nursing, she helps individuals understand and process the stress, fear, and disorientation that can follow medical care. Her compassionate, non-clinical approach supports people in reconnecting with a sense of grounding, identity, and confidence during recovery.
