Description
“Fall prevention” can be an unwelcome term for many as we mature in life. Some believe they are impervious to falls or “not doing that bad,” even after experiencing one. Resiliency is a skill obtained with age and perfected in play. We discuss why we should keep moving, how exercise is not the only way to stay strong, and how moving reduces the likelihood of falls. Be inspired to move and make the most of the body you have.
