Description
Have you ever read a poem and wondered what the heck is going on? Or, as the poet T. S. Eliot once wrote, have you “had the experience but missed the meaning?” In this lecture, learn simple techniques, such as reading a poem out loud, looking up unfamiliar words, considering the title, and untangling complicated sentences, to help you better understand the poems you read.
