Description
Anyone researching a family tree eventually encounters a brick wall. As records grow scarcer the farther back you go, vital records and censuses may no longer provide answers. This lecture explores strategies for breaking through those barriers, including the use of DNA and indirect evidence to identify ancestors. It also introduces lesser-known record types that may open new paths for research.
