Celina Grife started making biscochitos for friends and clients while still working in real estate. Baking eventually became a full-time business. She started working in South Valley commercial kitchens, going to different local markets and events until she was able to open her own kitchen. The biscochito recipe is a family recipe handed down from Grife’s grandmother.
