Motion is lotion! Focusing on the joints of the hands and feet can help ease soreness, stiffness, and pain. These areas contain many small bones and joints that allow us to perform countless daily tasks. Join us to discover how a little yoga can keep them moving freely—and maybe even pain-free. This class is for everyone—no yoga experience or mats needed. All poses are done standing or sitting. Limited enrollment.
Gloria Drayer is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and has taught for nearly 30 years. Her sessions are given in a non-competitive environment where people are encouraged to participate at a level that is healthful and enjoyable. She is coauthor of the book Yoga and Grief: A Compassionate Journey Toward Healing.
