Description

Healthy aging is more than managing illness. Explore six key areas that influence how we live, connect, and maintain independence as we age: mobility, hearing, vision, memory and thinking, emotional health, and eating well. Learn how simple health check-ins can help you better understand these areas, recognize changes early, and identify opportunities to support your well-being. Discover a free resource designed to help older adults take a more active role in their health. Limited enrollment.

This session is presented by the Vive Bien Live Well team at the University of New Mexico. Developed by UNM clinicians and geriatricians, the program was created with older adults to help them better understand and take an active role in their health and well-being. Vive Bien Live Well is based on the World Health Organization’s approach to healthy aging and is available as a free resource for older adults. Learn more at ViveBienLiveWell.org.
