The West Mesa Book Group meets on the third Wednesday of each month. Book selections are: Jan 19 – Susan, Linda, Nina, & Cokie: The Extraordinary Story of the Founding Mothers of NPR by Lisa Napoli, Feb 16 – A Confederacy of Dunces by John Kennedy Toole, Mar 16 – any book by Mark Twain, Apr 20 – How the Word is Passed: A Reckoning with the History of Slavery Across America by Clint Smith. Limited enrollment.

Linda Castagneri, a retired USPS senior manager, values dynamic discussion and the timeless lessons of books. Mary Herrmann Hughes is a big reading advocate and has been a member of the West Mesa Book Group for more than ten years.
