Description

Building resilience in a world driven by technology, ever changing social landscapes and generational expectations can prove to be very exhausting. Odum will explore ways to help guide practices on resiliency during our current challenging world climate. Discuss how resiliency is a skill that can be developed rather than a trait you were born with. Learn what resiliency means and how that term evolves and changes.
