Description
As humans, we have drifted away from the original design of moving most of our waking hours. Desk sitting, TV watching, and automation of tasks have created misaligned bodies living in chronic pain. Finding centerline balance restores homeostasis from an internal place of function. Learn how the process of self-alignment from within creates ease and freedom of movement. Movements will be done without shoes, either seated in a chair or standing. Please wear comfortable clothing. Limited enrollment.
