Nikki Neuen became a death doula following her mother’s death in 2021. She co-founded Death Is Not a Dirty Word and serves as president of the New Mexico Deathcare Network, with a particular focus on supporting solo agers and the LGBTQ+ community. Brooke Nutting founded Death Doula Professionals after a career in accounting and entrepreneurship and is a strong advocate for the end-of-life movement, understanding the importance of approaching life and death with intention and compassion.
