Description
Qigong circling hands energizes the three main parts (burners) of the human body. By moving your hands in vertical, horizontal, and coronal circles, the body is energized. This qigong requires standing, turning the waist, and shifting the weight forward and back, to allow the body to receive body fluids and qi. At the end of the movements, the body will feel more “alive” and fluid. Limited enrollment.
