Learn how to increase the plasticity of these systems, while practicing drills and exercises to improve your sense of space, balance, and movement through your surroundings. Limited enrollment.

She is an Albuquerque Fire Rescue lieutenant, Z-Health certified practitioner, certified natural health professional, community health trainer, and clinical educator. Her interests include physical fitness, brain training, and balance and vision training.
