Description
“Theatre On The Go” presents live performances of short, engaging plays by New Mexican playwrights about how it feels to grow older. Come journey with our characters as they strive to hold fast to their personal passions, sense of purpose, and quality of life, despite the slings and arrows of aging. Each performance is immediately followed by a lively audience Q&A conversation with the director, cast, and playwright.
The plays are directed by Duchess Dale, an award-winning actor and director who currently hosts the podcast for seniors, Re-Wire!. Also a part of “Theatre On The Go” is Terri Klein, a local playwright, actor, director, and stage manager. Lastly, Robert Benjamin, a retired research physicist, is a late-blooming playwright who has produced a number of full-length plays, short plays, one short film, and an operetta. He specializes in comedies about “aging with grace, courage, and humor.”
