CANCELLED The panel will explore the subject of immigration with emphasis on Criminal
Prosecutions, Current Immigration Situation, The U.S. Southern Border in the Context of
World Migration Patterns and the Status of Immigration Administrative Law.
The panel includes:
Hon. James Browning. United States District Judge of the United States District
Court for the District of New Mexico. He was confirmed by the United States Senate
on July 31, 2003, and received commission on August 1, 2003.
