Description

Enjoy an early fall bike ride with other Oasis participants to Boca Negra Canyon. Home to hundreds of petroglyphs, Boca Negra Canyon offers visitors a chance to see all kinds of inscriptions and images. This 8-mile round trip ride begins at the Albuquerque Open Space visitors’ center, travels to the park, and then returns. There is one section of gravel road, a couple of street crossings, and two steep climbs. Participants should expect to stay with the group, wear a helmet, bring water, and dress for the weather. Limited enrollment.
