Does a fear of falling prevent you from doing the things you love? If so, you are not alone. This eight-session, evidence-based program helps you manage concerns about falls, change your environment to reduce risk of falls, and increase your activity—all with the support of your peers. The class utilizes lively group discussion, problem-solving strategies, videos, and 25 minutes of very gentle physical activity in each session (sessions 3 through 8). This is an interactive, discussion-focused class. If you attend at least 6 of the 8 sessions, you will receive a $10 Oasis credit.
