You will come to understand the terroir of where a bean is grown and how it affects taste and quality. Steve Prickett, owner and founder, followed his hobby, passion, and lifelong love of dark chocolate to start Eldora after a successful career as a private wealth advisor at Merrill Lynch. Part of this journey was to understand chocolate flavors around the world. He proceeded to make chocolate from 24 countries and 35 origins. He brings this knowledge and enthusiasm to Eldora.
